Building the Roadster
Production
The Ecofueler Roadsters are entirely made in the U.S.A. with parts and labor from our country. We believe it is our obligation to provide our customers with an exceptional product using parts and labor from the United States. Our customers are happy knowing we are doing something to help our economy, and our environment at the same time.
Many of the so called American automobile companies like Ford, and General Motors like to claim that their vehicles are American made when in reality they are Chinese or foreign vehicles that have been "badged" with American labels. At Ecofueler we start with raw steel made in the U.S. to build our frame and chassis. We use heavy walled tubular steel to ensure our chassis is strong, and we fabricate our frame with U.S. labor here in Oregon. Our suspension is a custom design perfected by the experts at Thompson Motor Sports. The suspension is made from steel and aluminum, and is a dual A-arm type commonly found in race cars. This suspension makes our car one of the smoothest rides you will ever experience, and one of the best handling cars you can own.
The body of our Roadster is made of a light-weight super strong resin. We mix this resin with small bits of fiberglass for ultimate rigidity. The result is a super strong light-weight automotive outer shell similar to the process the Chevrolet Corvette uses to build their sports car with. The body has the color injected in to it during production so your Roadster will have the same glass finish in 20 years as it does the day it is produced. Our mold makers are extremely talented, and here at Ecofueler we are very proud of their workmanship as it is a reflection upon us. As with our other products the molds and tooling we use is completely made in the U.S.A. with U.S. parts and labor.
Quality
Here at Ecofueler we strive to build a quality product using parts and labor we can be proud of. The level of quality that goes into each Roadster is un-precedented, and we are very proud of our company and products. We are happy to pass this quality on to you the customer. We are sure that you will appreciate our level of quality when you are enjoying your Roadster.
Please feel free to contact us with any additional questions you may have on the production process of the "American Roadster" and we will be happy to talk with you. Have a great day, and thank you for your interest in our company.
